Relocation
Executive & medical relocation.
A managed move to Houston for executives, physicians and their families.
Houston is large, and where you work should decide where you look. I help relocating families narrow the map before they ever board a plane, then make the visit count.
Area briefing
A call to match your workplace, schools and lifestyle to two or three areas worth seeing.
A planned visit
One or two focused days of tours, routed so you see homes and drive your real commute.
Remote buying
Video tours, digital signing and a team on the ground when you cannot be here.
School research
District and private school options for each area, with links to official sources so you can verify by address.
Lease first if needed
My team can find a rental while you learn the city.
Selling where you are
I can refer you to a strong agent in the city you are leaving.
Start with where you will work
Start with the Heights and Montrose, River Oaks and Memorial for a short trip in. Kingwood and The Woodlands connect by I-69 and I-45 with park-and-ride options.
Inner Loop neighborhoods keep you closest. Sugar Land and Missouri City connect by I-69 and the Fort Bend Parkway.
Memorial and Katy sit along I-10 on either side of the corridor, with Cypress to the north by the Grand Parkway.
The Woodlands, Spring and Conroe are the natural fit, with Tomball and Magnolia to the west.
Kingwood, Humble and Atascocita are the closest established communities for frequent flyers.
Clear Lake, League City and the bay communities are built around the space center.
I do not quote drive times. They change with the hour and the exact address, so we test your real route before you choose.
